DJ PLUGG
[Producer Collection]
Atlanta is known as the melting pot for Black culture. The city encompasses the sauce the music industry uses when representing hip-hop culture. From the west side of Atlanta, DJ Plugg is known to represent his city by constantly collaborating with and providing the sauce for multiple hip-hop acts within and outside of Atlanta. At a young age, Plugg became interested in music because of his surroundings and the support of his family, which consisted of DJs and producers.
DJ Plugg's musical influences range from the incomparable Timbaland, DJ Battlecat, Rod Temperton, and Atlanta natives Shawty Redd and Zaytoven. Plugg has worked with countless artists within and outside Atlanta, such as Migos, Rocko, Lil Uzi, E-40, Future, Fall Out Boy, and many more. "Like That" by E-40, "The Kids Aren't Alright" by Fall Out Boy, and all of his Lil Uzi records, including "For Real," display his range.
As a DJ and Producer, DJ Plugg constantly meets new artists and breaks records. His ultimate goal is to become an A&R. He has the ear, relationships, and consistency to help labels and artists reach the next level of success. Eventually, he plans to be a label owner and break more artists. This year, Plugg expects to have more releases and show the industry why he is the Plugg.
